Policies, Procedures and Post Orders

Securiguard Middle East ensures that our personnel adhere to a set of standard regulations in their respective sites. To meet this objective, we produced a customized set of Policies, Procedures and Post Orders, which incorporate our mutual expectations and requirements according to the Standard Operating Procedures of our clients.

Field Support

Our mobile field support supervisors provide randomly scheduled site visits to perform “quality assurance audits” and “ghost audits” of our personnel’s performance, as well as support site personnel with additional mobile response.

“At Your Service” SecurityGuards

The absolute foundation of Securiguard Middle East’s service to is the front line security guard that provides the primary services to you on a day-to-day basis. The individuals that will be chosen for your site will be the front line ambassadors for our company, as well as representing The client to your staff and guests through their professional dress, deportment and demeanour.

All personnel assigned to the client will meet both Securiguard Middle East’s and the client standards. We will ensure:


  • all personnel will have National Security Institute Training

  • all personnel will have a thorough knowledge of your premises and your security program requirements.

  • Self-motivation looking for opportunities for service improvement to the client and to Securiguard Middle East.

  • all security personnel are properly licensed with the Private Security Business Department and carry their license at all times

  • all security personnel have been subjected to an appropriate background investigation to ensure their suitability

  • all personnel will have required levels of competency to enable reading, writing, speaking and understanding English and Arabic these skills, along with basic computer knowledge are basic Securiguard Middle East hiring requirements

  • all personnel will understand they are subject to immediate removal from the site for unacceptable performance or conduct

  • all personnel receive 30 days of paid annual leave

  • all personnel have UAE medical cards

  • all personnel receive a return airfare ticket to their original place or residence every two years.

  • all personnel are prepared to respond on-the-job inspections and questioning by the client, Securiguard Middle East Management or both. Securiguard Middle East has a "Ghost-Audit" process for this specific purpose.


Disciplinary Practices & Employee Performance Assessment


Securiguard Middle East understands the importance of maintaining a high level of professionalism and discipline in the service we provide. We have established an Employee Performance Assessment Program, which consists of Preventive Action Reports, Corrective Action Reports, and Quality Assurance Audits. We have found that this program has been extremely effective in upholding the high level of employee performance that our clients demand and deserve.

Mobile Response Team

Our highly visible mobile units patrol businesses and residences to deter, identify or resolve any possible threat. Linked to our 24-hour Call Center and support by trained field staff, our response is the industry’s fastest.

Field Supervisor Team

Securiguard Middle East has a Field Supervisor Unit on duty twenty four hours, seven days a week and 24-hour coverage on weekends and public holidays. Field Supervisor Team members provide coaching, training and supervision for our security guards. Field Supervisor Team members also provide ISO 9001 Quality Assurance auditing.

Our Communications

We utilize a two-way communication system so that our guards are always in contact with our Control Room and our 24-hour a day Supervisors. We are ready to respond to any emergency with trained personnel at any time.

Rapid Deployment

Securiguard Middle East has a proven tract record of accomplishment in the rapid deployment of personnel for emergency events. We have had many demands over the past years that have tested our rapid response capabilities, and we have met them all. Rest assure that when the need arises for short notice coverage or emergency coverage, Securiguard Middle East has the manpower to ensure the integrity of service.

Mobile Emergency Alarm Response

Our Clients enjoy peace of mind when they are not at their sites. The Mobile Security Department is available 24 hours a day to respond to alarms. When no one is on site, Securiguard Middle East assumes the role of the primary alarm runner.

24-Hour Customer Services Centre

Securiguard Middle East’s Customer Service Centre is an anchor service for all the teams within the company. It fulfills a crucial role in reception for the Executive Team, licensing and logistics for the Human Resource Team, and personnel monitoring and safety support for the Operations Support Team. They provide round the clock support maintaining vigilance for all contract sites, mobile and field support for hourly check-ins, dispatch and communications with our management staff through the mobile phone network.
